Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. pk30 uses a combination of identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a valid payment method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and voiding of any balance.
pk30 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. You may be asked to submit a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in a hold on withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your pk30 account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. pk30 will never contact you to ask for your password through any channel.
If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact pk30 support immediately. pk30 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their account details — including contact number and payment method — remain current. Outdated information can cause delays in withdrawal processing and KYC completion.

Withdrawals on pk30 are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, or card. The platform reserves the right to request withdrawal via an alternative method in certain circumstances.
Processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within one to three business days. pk30 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors in promotion calculation. Sports bets on pk30 — including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports, and all other markets — are subject to the general betting rules displayed within the Sports Betting section of the platform. Key points applicable across all sports include:
Games available in the pk30 Game Lobby — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Crash Games, and all other formats — are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game, where published by the provider, is available within the game interface.
In the event of a technical fault during a Casino game — disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — pk30 will follow the game provider's standard fault resolution procedure. Bets placed on interrupted rounds may be voided and stakes returned if the round cannot be completed or verified. pk30 is not liable for interrupted sessions caused by the player's own internet connection.
Fish Game credits operate within the Fish Games system and are separate from the main PKR casino and sports balance. Unused Fish Game credits are not automatically convertible to cash and must be played through within the game environment according to that game's rules.
